This sock has a cushioned sole made of super fine merino wool but will not prickle or scratch. It has a non tight elastic top and stays up without restricting circulation. May assist diabetics

The sock wears well as the outside of this sock is nylon and will wear well against your shoes.

Just what I needed!

Coming from a tropical climate and about to holiday in the Artic I was clueless about the best socks to keep our feet warm and comfortable and the best fit for my diabetic husband. Julia was so helpful when I rang and she also helped me through the process with several emails. Delivery was fast and we both absolutely love our socks. I wish we'd bought more! I tried my new merino soft sole sock today and my feet feel fabulous with no aches and pains. We will definitely be back.
