During the business week orders are normally packed the day after they are placed. No orders are packed and shipped on the weekend. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Domestic Orders: We use Australia Post to ship all orders.
Please allow at least 6-8 business days for Regular post and more for delivery to remote areas and WA.
Express post is generally within 1-2 business days though it can take longer to rural and remote areas.

International Orders: We ship to New Zealand and other countries by enquiry. We do not ship to the USA.

PayPal, Credit card, Shopify Pay, AfterPay and Bank Transfer

Australia Post will update you with tracking information regarding your order via email. If your order is not received please check the tracking information. If you receive the wrong socks please contact us by telephone 0494143758 or email info@thesockery.com.au and we can arrange a replacement delivery.

If you are not happy with your socks or change your mind, you are welcome to return your socks and receive a refund . There is no refund on shipping costs.
Socks must be returned within 30 days and be unworn and in original undamaged packaging.
We would prefer that you email us at info@thesockery.com.au to let us know they are on their way back.
