When will I get my order?
During the business week orders are normally packed the day after they are placed. No orders are packed and shipped on the weekend. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
What are your shipping times?
Domestic Orders: We use Australia Post to ship all orders.
Due to the current covid restrictions Australia Post are no longer providing estimated delivery dates. Please allow at least 6-8 business days for Regular post and more for delivery to remote areas and WA.
Express post is normally next day delivery to capital cities though Australia Post are currently stating it can take up to 5 business days in the current climate.
International Orders:We ship to most countries in the world. However if your country does not appear on check out please email us at info@thesockery.com.au and will can provide a delivery cost. Please be aware that all European countries are now charging a VAT on all overseas purchases. All additional VAT charges and customs duties are payable by the customer on receipt of the order.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment options:
PayPal, Credit card, Shopify Pay, AfterPay and Bank Transfer
What if my order does not arrive?
Australia Post will update you with tracking information regarding your order via email. If your order is not received please check the tracking information. You may need to search in your junk folder for these emails. If there is a significant delay with your delivery please contact us by email on info@thesockery.com.au or telephone 0439219187.
What if I have been sent the incorrect socks?
If you receive the wrong socks please contact us by telephone 0439219187 or email info@thesockery.com.au and we can arrange a replacement delivery.
What if I have given the incorrect delivery address or want to change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 0439219187 or email info@thesockery.com.au. If the order has not been packed details can be updated fairly easily.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your socks or change your mind, you are welcome to return your socks and receive a refund . There is no refund on shipping costs.
Socks must be returned within 30 days and be unworn and in original undamaged packaging.
We would prefer that you email us at info@thesockery.com.au to let us know they are on their way back.
