Not what I was after, the spck was way to loose everywhere else. I assumed for swollen feet it would have a little more give but fealt like I was wearing nothing. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing who knows

I was able to put them on easily enough, but I wish they had a version with padded soles.

I placed an order via paypal however, it reverted the send address to a friend I had recently sent flowers to and then went into a blank screen on my computer, however processed the transaction on the back end.

I sent an email to the buyer to advise what had happened and notifying them of the correct address to send the order to.
I also rang and left a voice message but they still sent it off to the wrong address.

On receiving the notification from the post office, I redirected it via their online portal and got a notification saying it had changed and would arrive several days later (I'd originally paid for express next day post).

Despite this it got delivered to my friend's place a week later and no surprise she wasn't home so they redirected it to the local post office near her place.

I again rang Australia post to get it redirected to a local post office near me (at a cost). Only to find that they delivered it to my friends place again the next day.
(Not as agreed over the phone and again sent to me as a confirmation.)

My friend has gone away for Easter and I still have no socks.

I needed them as a next day purchase because I was moving house and the normal size socks are cutting my circulation off and have now caused clotting up my legs. Too late. I've now moved everything.
So the whole sock purchase has been a complete waste of time and energy.

Why don't retailers check their websites and phones and at least follow up with their customers!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about the issues you have had with this delivery. We do look at our emails each morning before we pack orders as we are aware customers can accidentally make errors with the delivery address. In your case however I did not receive an email or a phone message, in fact your order was not paid via Paypal but via credit card and I wonder if you have the correct retailer?
We rely on Australia Post for deliveries and usually find them very reliable however we do not have any control on their redeliveries. I suggest you contact their customer service team to try and sort this delivery issue out. If the order is returned to us I will certainly contact you to get your new delivery address.

Fantastic! Finally found some that fit

I've been looking everywhere for these as I have fluid build up in my lower legs and ankles to the point on my 8-9hr days my feet were absolutely numb before these socks. Now I can work long shifts and still have feeling. Amazing quality products thankyou
